To create an account and save snowmen:

Users under the required age may still explore the site without an account, but cannot save creations.

By creating an account, you agree to:

  • Be responsible for activity on your account

If you believe your account is compromised, contact us immediately.

4. User Conduct & Snowman Rules

Snowman Studio is a creative, family-friendly art environment.
You agree not to create, upload, save, or share any snowmen or content that:

  • Is profane, obscene, sexually explicit, or suggestive
  • Is hateful, harassing, threatening, discriminatory, or violent
  • Depicts or promotes hate speech, terrorism, racism, sexism, homophobia, or any harmful or illegal activity
  • Bullies, defames, or targets individuals or groups
  • Attempts to exploit, hack, damage, or disrupt the service
  • Uploads copyrighted or stolen content without permission

Moderation

We may:

  • Remove any snowman, artwork, or content that violates these rules
  • Limit access to certain features
  • Suspend or permanently ban accounts that repeatedly break the rules

We reserve the right to make these decisions at our discretion.

5. Intellectual Property

Your Content

You own the snowmen and artwork you create.
However, by saving or sharing them on Snowman Studio, you grant us a:

  • Non-exclusive
  • Worldwide
  • Royalty-free
  • License

to display, host, and show your creations within Snowman Studio (e.g., dashboard, community features, or map-based placements if added).

This license allows the site to function but does not give us ownership.

Our Content

All Snowman Studio branding, graphics, backgrounds, templates, code, and features remain our intellectual property and may not be copied or reused without permission.

6. Premium Features & Purchases

If Snowman Studio offers paid plans (e.g., premium backgrounds, unlimited snowmen, downloadable print-ready files):

  • Purchases may be processed through secure third-party providers (e.g., Stripe)
  • Payments are final except where legally required
  • Access to premium features may depend on an active subscription

7. Analytics & Data

We use analytics tools (including Microsoft Clarity) to understand how Snowman Studio is used and to improve gameplay and performance.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Snowman Studio if:

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Snowman Studio is provided “as is” and “as available”.
We cannot guarantee:

  • That the site will be error-free
  • That content will not be lost (though we work to protect your data)

Use Snowman Studio at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Snowman Studio is not liable for:

  • Loss of data, profits, or goodwill

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid (if any) for using Snowman Studio in the 12 months prior to the issue.
